ABOUT
Competitive sports have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I was fortunate to experience a variety of different sports until I committed to playing university basketball. It was this opportunity where I truly learned about the relationship between mental health and performance. My long-term goal has always been to work with athletes and their support systems, and my experiences as an athlete and a coach solidified my desire to support those who may be struggling to reach their full potential.
APPROACH
Through a client-centred approach, I aim to help you develop the tools to navigate the stressors that life throws our way - whether or not they are sport-related. I enjoy working holistically with clients to consider all aspects that may be impacting their lives. Through this approach, we will collaboratively set goals, using your personal strengths and values to guide your treatment and help you live in the most meaningful way possible.
